Personal details of the participants are collected for marketing purposes, event planning and safety reasons.
Medical information is collected for health and safety reasons.
Photographs and videos are requested or taken for promotional activities or for the programme itself.
Emergency contact details are collected to ensure the safety of the participant. - Data Usage
How Data Will Be Used:
All data that is collected will primarily be used for event management, communication, marketing/promotional activities and safety.
Who Will Have Access:
Only authorised personnel will be given access to any data, such as, organisers, medical staff (if necessary), marketing team (if and when necessary). Other than medical staff, only the team at Magnavision Ltd or authorised personnel will have access to data. The type of data that is disclosed will also need to be authorised by the organisers at Magnavision Ltd. - Data Storage:
Storage Methods:
All data will be stored securely on Magnavision Ltd servers and if there are any physical/printed copies, they will also be stored securely by Magnavision Ltd.
Security Measures:
Access will only be given to authorised personnel such as anyone who requires it for law enforcement or medical reasons, the organisers, anyone that has been given explicit permission for any other reason, by both the participant and the team at Magnavision Ltd.
Data will be stored securely with passwords, encryption, physical and digital locks etc. - Data Sharing
Third-Party Sharing:
Data will only be shared with third-parties if they are medical professionals, marketing agencies or any authorised third-party that require the information for the purposes of the show ONLY.
Conditions for Sharing:
Data will only be shared with the consent of the participant/parent/guardian, if it is for any other purpose other than for Dream Dancer. - Data Retention
Retention Period:
Data will be stored safely for the period of the programme and 3 subsequent years.
Deletion Procedures:
Once the data is no longer needed it will be safely deleted from all of our servers for the protection of our participant’s interests. - Rights of Data Subjects
Access to Data:
You have the right to access the data that we have collected from you at any point in time.
Correction of Data:
You are obliged to correct any incomplete or incorrect data that we hold about you.
Deletion Requests:
All participants/guardians/parents hold the right to withdraw consent to store or use their data and can request to withdraw their consent and for their data to be deleted by speaking to the team at Magnavision Ltd and completing a request form, with a notice period of 30 days. - Consent
Obtaining Consent:
By signing this form you consent to the collection and usage of the data that you have provided.
Withdrawal of Consent:
Consent can be withdrawn by speaking to staff members at Magnavision Ltd and completing a form to request withdrawal, with a notice period of 30 days. - Compliance
